ROOM RATE:$249 room rate plus local taxes and fees, currently 16.25% (9.25% TN State Sales Tax & 7% Hotel Occupancy Tax). A City Tax fee of $2.50 per room per night will also apply. Individual cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s rate & tax. The Hotel does not guarantee a specific room type until the day of arrival. Group rates are extended per room, per night, single or double occupancy. For additional person(s) eighteen (18) years and older in the same room, there is a $20.00 per person per day charge.
